Shipments

The goods are sent by courier, OSAIcnc ex works (EXW) in accordance with the provisions of the ICC Incoterms 2010 into effect.

At the end of your purchase process you will need to provide us with the shipping information just by sending an email to eshop@osaicnc.com in which you must specify the order number as the subject of your email.

You can choose to tell us your courier and your subscription number and we will dispatch your goods; or you can arrange collection of your goods at our warehouse (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 11:45 and from 13:00 to 16:30); or you can ask us for a quote and when you accept the costs we will dispatch your goods by charging the expenses on the invoice.
