Pilot Panel Operator Console black color with I/O Ring interface

This Operator Console can be connected to the Central Unit over the fibre optic I/O Ring. It features the following potentiometers and selectors:

• CYCLE START, HOLD and RESET luminous buttons
  • Fixed position selector to set feedrate (0-125% 11 positions).
  • Encoder type selector to set spindle rotation speed (75-125% 11 positions).
  • Encoder type selector to set feedrate in manual and/or rapid mode (0-100% 11 positions: 5 negative - 0 - 5 positive)
• Selector to change jog values: 0,0001-0,001-0,01-0,1-1,0-10 10 mm/inch
  • Selector to put into effect mode selection (Automatic, Semiautomatic, MDI, Manual, Jog, Jog retract, Axis reset, HPG function)
• 24 VDC Power Supply
• SMA connectors

The Pilot Panel is enabled and disabled by the logic. In the same ring it is possible to configure up to 16 different Pilot panels, each controlling 4 processes simultaneously. Each process can be controlled by one Pilot Panel at the time. 

It can be used to replace the previous models code: 93000319Y and 93000721F.
