This code requires the CanOpen interface optional board to manage distributed I/O devices. The board is available on ISA board, it can be inserted in the available slot in the 10/510 systems and it is compatible with all types of axes boards (OS8511, OS8512, OS8516, OS8532, OS8533). 

This module communicates with external devices through a RS485 serial line 9-pin female cup connector.
