CNC 10/510 WinLink

The CNC and PC modules are with the WinLink operator panel containing the 10.4” TFT colour monitor and the "Yellow Key" for switching between the PC and CNC environment

The 10/510 controllers can simultaneously manage up to 4 processes and up to 8 axes with digital interface or 6 with analog interfaces.
The OS8500 system board includes:

• a 64 bit 133 MHz microprocessor (or faster)
• 16 Mbytes RAM (SIM)
• a 2 Gbytes hard disk (minimum)
• an interface for a 3,5” 1,44 Mb FDU
• a video interface (1 Mbyte video memory)
• an interface for an Osai keyboard
• 1 RS-232 (COM1) serial line
• 1 RS-232/422/485 (COM2) line (RS-232 by default)
• 1 EPP/ECP parallel port
• an Ethernet RJ45 interface
• an I/O Ring interface(max 330/180 I/O)
• a 24V power supply
• 1 free PC/104 slot for an expansion board (cod. 93000455H and 93000456B)
• 2 free ISA AT slots for expansion boards 

In the 10/510 systems the axes controller board is inserted in the first of the two free ISA AT slots. The following axes controller are available: 93000452T and 291175V for analog axes; 93000453,93000459S and 291179H for digital axes with Sercos interface.

In addition the 10/510 WinLink has a mouse and the yellow key. The technical features of the PC section (OS8500/2) are:

• 64 bit 350 MHz microprocessor
• 32/64 Mbytes RAM (DIMM) 
• a 4 Gbytes hard disk (minimum)
• an interface for a 3,5” 1,44 Mb FDU
• a video interface (2 Mbytes video memory)
• the Yellow Key function
• an interface for an Osai keyboard
• an interface for an external keyboard (PS/2)
• 1 RS-232 (COM1) serial line
• 1 RS-232/422/485 (COM2) line, RS-232 by default
• 1 EPP/ECP parallel port
• 2 Ethernet RJ45 communication ports (10/100 Mbaud)
• 24V power supply
• 2 free ISA AT slots for expansion boards

Each system comes with the external keyboard (order code 93000322D) and its link cable (order code 93000354E).

NOTE:
COM2 options to be specified during order entry by adding a note with the following codes:
Code 93000900K : to order the configuration with the RS-422 line on COM2  CNC side
Code 93000901C : to order the configuration with the RS-485 line on COM2  CNC side
Code 93000902E : to order the configuration with the RS-422 line on COM2  PC side
Code 93000903G : to order the configuration with the RS-485 line on COM2  PC side
